Though, with all the researching we are doing, I think it is safe to say that we have already started the journey.
We've decided to adopt internationally and are looking at Russia, Kazakstan, Bulgaria, Mexico and other countries. We are leaning towards adopting from Russia b/c of the solid program they have in place.
